DATES TO REMEMBER

28 May Eagles Club. Color Guard Team Only 10am at Eagles Club. Ceremony begins at 11am.

30 May DEFY Color Guard Team only. Muster at 5:45pm. Ceremony at 6:30pm.

02 June Eagles Club. 4:45-9:15pm. Full Neat BDU. Serving Dinner. Community Service. 8-10 cadets. First response basis only. Contact ENS Hendricks if interested.


22-25 May 2012 Parris Island

22-25 May Parris Island (Marine Camp) May 22nd is the last day of school and we are planning on leaving around noon. The cost for this trip will be $40.00 which will include meals at Parris Island, transportation and berthing. Meals to and from will be cadets responsibility. All money is due by 12 May 12.

IMPORTANT PARRIS ISLAND INFORMATION

ALL HANDS, For everyone going to Parris Island - Don’t forget to send in a note to the school letting them know that your child will be leaving school early on Tuesday, May 22nd. Elementary school half day is 11:15, Middle school is 11:40, high school is 11:40. Give yourself time to check-out before the bell rings or you will have to wait for class to resume. Have your kids wear full BDU’s to school (Make sure you know it’s a black belt with Silver Buckle, do not wear black open face buckle/belt). Pack them a lunch to eat on the bus. Departure will be at noon. Reminder – hand carry pillow (with name and last four ssn), backpack and garment bag and lunch. DO NOT HIT REPLY. they can take spending money as their will be a stop at the museum and possibly the NEX. Except for lunch day of leaving all meals are included.
